20/20 Getting Work

The Fed Chair said today that Q2 of 2020 will be the worst economy ever.  I am still busy from backlog but have much less new work coming in. What is your firm doing now to secure future work?

We're COMMUNICATING. Using the opportunity to check in with past clients via phone. We provide them with valuable industry updates (building department updates, industry news, inspection timing, etc). We share information, and they do to. A great way to keep us front and center. A few have mentioned upcoming work, or have made introductions.
