The Restoration of the American Academy of Music

    A Case Study

Please join APT-DVC for a very special webinar on July 29th at 5 PM

Built from 1855-87, the American Academy of Music, also known as the "Grand Old Lady of Locust Street," is the oldest opera house in the United States. Over the last 164 years, this spectacular building has been the home of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and is today the home of the Philadelphia Ballet and Opera. Members of the project team, Kathryn Brown of Building Conservation Associates, and Ari Seraphin of Keast and Hood will discuss the recent restoration of this National Historic Landmark. This program is worth 1.00 LU, and is free with registration.
