The mission of the Historic Resources Committee (HRC) is to identify, understand, and preserve architectural heritage, both nationally and internationally. HRC is engaged in promoting the role of the historic architect within the profession through the development of information and knowledge among members, allied professional organizations, and the public.

    Thought people here might be interested in this organization. I recently watched a presentation about the original NY Penn Station and learned that elements remain hidden behind the hideous excuse for a train station that now exists. Others present on Gilded Age mansions, NY Art Deco, and other architectural topics. If you sign up for their email you can get a list of weekly webinars. Webinars repeat so if you see one that interests you but doesn't fit your schedule, it will probably be held again the following month. Happy watching.
