Who we are

The mission of the Historic Resources Committee (HRC) is to identify, understand, and preserve architectural heritage, both nationally and internationally. HRC is engaged in promoting the role of the historic architect within the profession through the development of information and knowledge among members, allied professional organizations, and the public.

    The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation National Preservation Awards celebrate the best of the best in historic preservation and adaptive reuse, and this year's winners are Unity Temple (Oak Park, IL), Longfellow Bridge (Boston, MA), and South Street Landing (Providence, RI). The awards will be presented during a ceremony at the National Trust for Historic Preservation's annual conference, PastForward, in Denver on Friday, October 11 at 5:30 p.m. MT.
