Alicia Ravetto Architect has significant LEED experience in the Triangle region of NC and is currently working on LEED certifications for 2.2 Million SF.
Current LEED certified projects include The Dillon in Raleigh NC (LEED Gold), RTI International in RTP NC (LEED Silver), 200 Morris St and 300 Morris St in Durham NC (LEED Gold) all projects designed by Duda Paine Architects.
In recent years, I have successfully assisted and coordinated the multiyear LEED certification of the Durham County Human Services Campus (LEED Silver) in downtown Durham and the Guilford Technical Community College Business and Industry Logistics Center (LEED Gold) in Oak Ridge NC among other projects.
Diversity
I assist project teams with LEED certification from schematic design through the certification process administration until final award. My LEED consulting projects have ranged from small office buildings to large campuses with several buildings.
I have extensive knowledge in LEED Rating System, including New Construction and Major Renovations, Core and Shell and WELL certification.
I am a LEED AP BD+C and was named to the first class of LEED Fellows in 2011. I was the Co-Chair of the USGBC LEED Fellows Committee for two years.

My experience and technical expertise helps project teams achieve particularly difficult credits, such as Energy and Atmosphere (EA) prerequisites and credits and Indoor Air Quality (EQ and IEQ) prerequisites and credits.
