Bio

Founding principal of Convergence Design, David Greusel has over thirty years professional experience in architecture. Most of that experience is in the area of sports and public assembly architecture, including stadiums, arenas, convention and conference centers, and recreation facilities.

While with another firm, David was the lead designer for PNC Park, the home of the Pittsburgh Pirates, and Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros. He also developed the initial concepts for new Busch Stadium in St. Louis, along with a number of collegiate facilities.

A popular speaker at AIA national and regional conventions, David is known for his seminars "Architecture as Performance Art: Sharpening your Presentation Skills" and a companion seminar, "The Art of Listening." In recent years he has branched out from communication skills to give seminars on "Architecture as Moral Art" and "Design for Human Flourishing."
