Border Security

I strongly endorse Bill Wilson’s commentary on the border issue . The mainstream media and the Democratic Congress is presenting a distorted view of the actual conditions that are facing our dedicated border enforcement officers. Endorsing this biased narrative is irresponsible and serves no useful purpose.

As individuals we all have the right to express our opinions but the AIA as an organization should steer clear of what has become a political dogfight that is divisive and harmful to the nation.

My hope is that Congress and the President take a deep breath , put aside the vitriol and work on legislation that restores sanity to our immigration policy and establishes a safe and secure border.
