The International Code Council Committee Action Hearings are coming up (April 28-May 8), and the voting on these will occur in October.
Citizen architects: Encourage code officials to register to vote (membership is not expensive and takes only a few minutes to register):
Friday, March 29 is the last day for municipalities who are ICC members to register to have eligible staff vote. If a jurisdiction is not registered to vote by Friday, they lose that opportunity for this code cycle (2019 Group B), see 2019 Committee Action Hearings-Group B Codes. Code change proposals are posted for the public to see, and there are almost 600 between the residential and commercial provisions of the code.
