Who we are

The mission of the AIA Center for Leadership is to inspire, empower, and engage AIA members to be leaders. In line with our mission the goal of the CFL is to focus on the three main tasks identified for architects to become more involved as leaders:

1) the evaluation, creation, and maintenance of leadership resources
2) advisory support for AIA leadership develop programs 
3) increase member participation and preparedness for AIA leadership

    AEC firms, municipalities, and owners/clients/developers are all a part of this roadmap; being intentional about the steps forward is strategic thinking for all parties.
