I read the beginning of your post in the AIA HKC, of Nicolaus Philipsen, FAIA and send you some ideas to him get rid of the homeless, which are build concrete-máché houses, invite architectural students to design them to have the freedom of creating shapes at almost no cost, papier-mâché precursor of concrete-máché uses glue, the CM uses cement as the bonding of paper.   I hope our fellow architects read this and discuss about the idea, or become with better solutions to the homeless problem. Some samples of papier-mâché in the book Fantastic Architecture of Michael Schuyt, Jost Elffers, and George G. Collins.

Later I found the complete article him wrote, I was surprised that has not comments, it is very informative, but likes like the fellow architects prefer other topics as: Upgrading Auto Desk (20), Printing and Plotting (11) but something to improve the community as the NP research about the growing lack of affordable housing no one response, which discuss building houses for the low income people.

What is going on with the design building experts?....
