Building with not flammable materials can be a solution. I had post about my construction method, CRCM. I will prepare a Construction Manual, with from drafting tricks to make working drawings fast, to spread sheets to have a cost estimate, and how to handle the construction management using work forms and pouring concrete in place, if there is some interest for building safe buildings of any type using CRCM. I hope some respond to see if I can start putting together building, even how homeowner can express their need in special graph sheets.
