The Committee on Design (COD) was founded to promote design excellence among members of the AIA and the public. COD programs celebrate exemplary models of architecture, highlighting parameters of AIA’s Framework for Design Excellence while promoting a greater understanding of the built environment’s role in communities at a local and international scale.
