I am looking for other architects in facilities management that have an In-House Construction workforce to compare and benchmark performance.  More specifically, those who manage projects or crew labor that is comprised of skilled trades directly employed by the corporate/institutional entity.  I manage of crew of 12 tradesmen, superintendent and construction coordinator (purchasing/invoicing agent) within a large medical center facility.  This crew is separate from maintenance, as the work performed is renovation or new construction.
