The AIA Technology in Architectural Practice Knowledge Community (TAP) serves as a resource for AIA members, the profession, and the public in the deployment of computer technology in the practice of architecture. TAP leaders monitor the development of computer technology and its impact on architecture practice and the entire building life cycle, including design, construction, facility management, and retirement or reuse.

    Greetings Fellow CAFM-ators,

    The CAFM Advisory Group is pleased to announce we are now accepting applications to award two $4,000 scholarships for the 2013 academic year.

     To qualify applicants must be enrolled and working toward their first professional degree in architecture and can be:

    • In the third or fourth year of a five-year program that result in a B Arch degree

    • In the fourth or fifth year of a six-year program (4+2 or other combination) that results in a M Arch degree

    • In the second or third year of a three- to four-year program that result in a M Arch degree and with an undergraduate degree in a discipline other than architecture

    Deadline submission is March 22, 2012, 3PM EDT and awards shall be selected by June.
