Are there any sole practitioner firms that have created or used a Practice Continuation Agreement between yourself and another firm? I am a corporation but a sole practitioner and a friend of mine is an LLC but a sole practitioner as well. We each have staff but no partners. We want to have a Practice Continuation Agreement between our firms in the event of an injury or death of one of us. I have researched this online and with my insurance company. The best examples have been agreements between CPA firms. I was wondering if any sole practitioner firms have used one of these specific for an architectural practice before and I could see as an example.
