As a registered architect in multiple jurisdictions, and with more than 40 years of experience, his “Participatory” Style of management enables Mr. Bouchard to bring the entire project team, the Owner and contractor(s) together in a cohesive manner that allows everyone to have “ownership” in the decision making process. From a complex renovation project for the University of Texas School of Law Jesse H. Jones Hall, to a state-of-the-art Engineering Building Complex for Auburn University, and a new International Graduate Research University for KAUST, in Saudi Arabia this experience and management style results in successfully bringing projects in on time and within budget. Mr. Bouchard provides hands on involvement in the management and delivery process to the client from gaining the commission, through programming, design and construction to project closeout.
