A Registered Architect for more than 30 years, Mr. Roberts is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, is a member and Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and is accredited by the American College of Healthcare Architects, where he is also a Fellow. He is actively engaged in the Chicago AIA Board of Directors; Louisiana State University (LSU) Advisory Board for the College of Art and Design and the Economic Club of Chicago and has been elected to membership in the Royal Institute of British Architects. He currently serves as the Discipline Leader for Design and is dedicated to enhancing a design culture firm-wide.
His projects have garnered more than 40 international, national and local awards for design excellence, including the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence, and have been widely published. He is a frequent guest speaker at national conferences. He has successfully directed teams in the planning, development and implementation of more than 8 million square feet and for more than 3.5 billion dollars.
