FAITH & FORM ISSUE ON SACRED LANDSCAPE

  • 1.  FAITH & FORM ISSUE ON SACRED LANDSCAPE

    Posted 11-01-2015 02:25 PM

Landscape and the natural world have long played a part in spirituality. Eons before the advent of organized religion, nature was venerated as evidence of the divine. Today, sacred space in the landscape is a burgeoning development, which also reflects a new awareness of the connections between ecology and sacred art and design. This Faith & Form issue will explore the myriad roles of landscape in spiritual belief. If you have projects, designs, artwork, or would like to write about sacred landscape, please contact me at: mcrosbie@faithandform.com. Submissions close January 15, 2016
