Bio

Olivia Graf Doyle is a Partner and the Design Principal for Architecture for Education, Inc. (A4E), a mid-sized, women-owned – and majority women-staffed – design firm that has specialized in education architecture for the last 20 years. As the design visionary and thought leader responsible for conceptualizing innovative learning environments at A4E, Olivia leads the practice in planning, programming and the overall design direction of the firm through an interactive and collaborative process. Her commitment and involvement in A4E’s projects extend through every phase of the design process.

Olivia currently serves as Chair for the American Institute of Architects’ Committee on Architecture for Education (AIA-CAE). She was featured as a 40 Under 40 “AEC star,” by Building Design+Construction (BD+C) in 2021; and she is a frequent speaker at education-focused conferences.
