I have had the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of work ranging in scale from the very budget conscious utilitarian to the higher profile, higher impact projects where making a statement or setting an image were the prime considerations. As a principal of ACDA, I believe this diversity has allowed me to bring a high level of innovation to my clients where budget and design co-exist as equally important.
Environmental design has always been a major interest of mine. To that end, I have spent a good deal of time researching and implementing sensible, economical ideas that make sense for the environment. Also, a common sense approach toward energy efficiency results in lower operating and life cycle costs for the structure long after the design and construction team have gone.
