Is the Devil in the Details? Exploring the LOD Specification

When:  Jul 29, 2014 from 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM (ET)

When project teams are collaborating with building information modeling (BIM), the details of the information being shared and how it is developed are paramount to success. This webinar will provide an introduction to the Level of Development (LOD) Specification - a new industry reference standard that can be used to guide the content of a Building Information Model at various stages of the design and construction process. The discussion will help designers better communicate what their models can be reliably used for and perhaps more importantly, NOT used for. The presentation will include an introduction to the LOD Specification, implementation recommendations, and a project example of it in use.
