Hello all! I am looking to ask architects in the AIA community a few different questions regarding when they started as an architect, how they progressed, and about their company.  These questions are for my Technical Writing for Professional's class, and I hope to get some great feedback! Thank you so much for your help!!

    1. What kind of projects were you doing when you first started as an architect?
    2. At what point did you see the company you work/ed for trusting you with more responsibilities in the company?
    3. How many projects can you expect to be working on at once?
    4. How often did/do you work in a team?
    5. How important is an innovative mind to the company?
    6. What key things do they look for in new hires?
    7. Is it appropriate to request a raise if you feel you have excelled/did good on a project?
    8. How important is diversity to your company?
    9. How big of a role does HR play in your company?
    10. Would you say Architecture is a field for everyone?
    11. What is the best asset in your company? (eg: employees?)
    12. Describe your best employee in one word
    13. What is your vacation policy? (Studies on companies with no-question vacation policy show more productive/happier employees)
    14. What style architecture do you love most?
    15. If you could have a company like Google (with its employee culture) would you?
