Dr. Wei Wu is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Construction Management and Civil Engineering at Georgia Southern University. He received his masters from University of Oxford and the Ph.D. from University of Florida. Dr. Wu is a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP BD+C), and associate member of ASCE.
Dr. Wu specializes in BIM and sustainability. His research focuses on information technology application in high performance building design and construction, BIM for automated LEED certification, cloud-based BIM application, and BIM for infrastructure. He is also dedicated to BIM education in college curriculum, and has extensive professional BIM training experience for local contractors.
