FIRM PROFILE:
Originally founded in 1993, Andrew Fethes Architects, PA is a New Jersey based architecture and design studio that specializes in residential and commercial projects. We focus our work in the New York City region, and have commissions throughout New Jersey, upstate New York, Long Island, and Connecticut. Our project types have included single family homes, multi-family condominiums, apartments, lofts, commercial offices, medical suites, mercantile showrooms, theatrical playhouses, meeting halls, restaurants, churches, sports facilities, barns, and also a stable.
The primary goal of our work is to be responsive to our clients’ needs, while bringing a high level of design and creativity to every project. We understand that each project represents the intersection of many variables that must be carefully analyzed and then assembled into an appropriate design solution. Our work strives to communicate the simplest and clearest expression of the project’s goals, our clients’ needs, and our own desire to enhance the environment into which the project is built. We believe that the success of any project relies on the close collaboration between architect, client, consultant, and contractor, and our process follows this tenet throughout all of our work.
The diverse nature of our practice means that we work at all scales of design - from planning the site, to the building, and also the interiors. We are comfortable overseeing all phases of a project’s development from schematics to the completion of the construction. Our staff is comprised of highly trained architects and designers, and is led by principal Andrew Fethes AIA, which assures that each and every commission receives direct and personal attention at the highest level of the firm.
