The Committee on the Environment (COTE®) is an AIA Knowledge Community working for architects, allied professionals, and the public to achieve climate action and climate justice through design.     Maybe it takes a couple of Dutch guys to teach Americans about optimism and tell us that not all is lost for American Industry.  With all the talk about America in crisis we hear from at least three of the top presidential contenders, a good dose of optimism is in order.
