2023 COD Conferences

Last year, COD held two domestic design conferences investigating The Authenticity of Place.  The first conference was held in New Orleans, LA.  View the short video of the venue tours and download the conference program book.     How do our sacred spaces create welcome? How are they inclusive--of everyone in the congregation, and those on the fringes? In what ways are sacred art and architecture accessible? Are they hospitable?
    A special issue of Faith & Form in 2015 will explore these themes, and reveal ways that spiritual places can enfold us all.
