Agreement for components hosting a regional venue during Faster Forward 2011.

This is the initial form to sign up as a regional venue for Faster Forward 2011. It appoints a contact from the venue and outlines responsibilities. Must be signed by an Executive Director and submitted per instructions before September 17, 2011.


This is the form for Regional Venues to declare the sessions they intend to offer. This form is required to set up on-line registration.
