The Mather is a CCRC formed in response to its context and location near downtown Evanston, Illinois. The project replaces two existing seniors residences that had become functionally obsolete. The Mather was born of the need for a modern CCRC that could fulfill the many goals of Mather LifeWays as embodied in their mission of creating "Ways to Age Well."
