This message has been cross posted to the following Discussion Forums: Housing Knowledge Community and Small Project Practitioners . ------------------------------------------- Hello,
A real estate reporter with the New York Times is preparing a story about hidden or unused spaces in apartments. She is looking for architects that can talk about projects where they or their clients have found unexpected places in existing apartments/condos and created something new to utilize the space. For example, she spoke with a couple that took out a wall in their condo to find space behind it they didn't know existed. They then turned that space into a bathroom.
The writer is looking for an architect in a larger city that has had a relatable experience. Please let me know if you can assist.
