  • 1.  AAH Strategic Plan

    Posted 08-10-2016 06:46 PM

I am very excited to announce that the Academy has embarked on a long-range strategic planning process, to be completed by the end of the year. The AAH Board is dedicated to discerning and planning how best our organization can serve our members as well as the greater community. We desire to determine our relevance in a crowded field; our distinct competencies and value proposition; the non-negotiable characteristics that define us; and how we can be a primary player and influencer in the field of healthcare design. Our strategic planning co-chairs are Scot Latimer and Vince Della Donna. We are in the information gathering stage right now. We have had group and individual input from board members and others, and have held several focus groups. Keep an eye out for an invitation to participate in a survey. Meanwhile, take a look at our SWOT Analysis (attached). We welcome your feedback!
