Recently heard a seasoned professional with 20+ years experience consulting on Public Private Partnership deals describe how unique PPP deals can be in the following way: "If you've done one.....you've done exactly one." The implied message was that no two deals are alike and that each one presents unique challenges. As part of the AIA Project Delivery Knowledge Community, I am interested in how creative thinking is as valuable to structuring a PPP deal as it is in the studio.
