Bio

I have a wide range of experience within the fields of Political Science, Political Psychology, Interior Design, and Architecture, and I am currently working on a Ph.D in Political Science and a Masters degree in Architecture. In 2011, I earned my Master's Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Political Psychology. My qualifying paper is entitled "Deliberative settings: the impact of design on power, participation, and legitimacy." This paper aggregated research on design elements of city council chambers and argued that specific design schemes affect the frequency of participation from citizens and perceptions of government power and legitimacy. I currently specialize in research on civic and justice architecture. Specialties: Interior Design; research/experimental design within the following subjects: Political Science, Political Psychology, Justice and Civic Architecture; writing, editing, tutoring (within the social sciences and humanities).
