    Project consists of design and build of the new MSGQ on the existing site of New Consulate Compound (NCC). The scope includes a new 888 GSM residence building, 201 GSM alternations to existing consulate building, and demolition of the old and building approximately 100 LM of the new perimeter wall, which includes the stabilization of the hill slope. NCC has been built in 2007, and a warehouse in 2013.

    Approximate design-build cost: $8 - 12 million.
