All,
I have about 4 years of work experience at several firms, have not yet finished IDP or started the ARE. If I am working on a project for my employer - does anyone know if I could be held liable for any future problems/litigation on a project which I worked on as an intern with this amount of experience (or less)? Does your answer change if I also state that during the project, I was uncomfortable with the direction/client/construction/contract terms etc...?
Since I've met several of you and know that many of you run firms or have sole practices, I felt that you might be in the best position to collectively give a little advice on this topic.
