Are you getting messages from KnowledgeNet that your Lyris messages are on hold? If so, be sure to notify your IT dept. that KnowledgeNet messages are to be "white listed". To do this, your IT dept needs to add the following two e-mail addresses to the "notifications" and "egroups" email address and this will usually resolve the "on hold" issue. While you're at it, it's a good idea to confirm that your mailbox hasn't gotten full. URLs to add: noreply@egroups.network.aia.org noreply@notifications.network.aia.org
