David Treviño is a registered architect, LEED A.P., and has over 20 years experience as an architect. He serves as Sr. Program Manager in Facilities Planning and Construction for the Dept. of Public Works at the City of Dallas. He is responsible for overall management for the planning, budgeting, scheduling, A/E selection, contractor selection, design, and construction of public capital projects such as law enforcement, libraries, cultural, public safety, and other municipal buildings. He also coordinates and manages the activities of project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality overall project management, organization, and construction. Prior to joining the City of Dallas, David was in private practice as a partner and owner of both an architectural firm and a construction company.He received his M.Arch degree from Texas A&M University.
