ASHE posted a notice regarding a change in policy at CMS regarding waivers for storage in corridors of previously restricted items, kitchens can be ope to an exit corridor under certain circumstances, installation of direct-vent gas fireplaces and solid fuel burning fireplaces  and combustible decorations being allowed in certain areas.  CME evidently indicated that items "not in use" for items left unattended or not moved form more than 30 minutes are still applicable to hospitals.
