Bio

I like to solve problems.

...and problems come in so many different formats. For now, I've stepped away from architectural practice to help run a 30 year old family business that has grown tremendously in the past few years. I still work closely with engineers and contractors, but now I'm on the other side of the fence. I've gained new perspectives on the interpersonal relationships of building teams (be it a building, highway, or bridge project) that will make me a better architect and advocate for the needs of the project's key stake holders.

I see great value in the future of the AIA and look forward to helping to cross promote the AIA with other organizations I'm involved with in order to advance the practice and profession of architecture.
