Dale Munhall, AIA, is Director of Construction Phasse Services for Leo A Daly in their Omaha, NE headquarters office. During his more than thirty-year career as an architect, he has also had broad experience as a construction manager and on-site superintendent as well as a licensed commercial real estate broker, and he has served as the part-time Building Code Official for his suburban community.
