The Academy of Architecture for Health Foundation, in coordination with the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health, is seeking research proposals that meet the mission of the Foundation; and address problems and issues related to the enhancement of knowledge and effectiveness of those who create health care environments. The guidelines provide detailed information to help you complete the application and describe the goals of the program.
The AAHF is open to research proposals focusing on topics of value to the practice of health care architecture. For the coming year a priority interest is in the area of international health care planning and design. Funding up to $20,000 will be available from the Don Axon, FAIA, FACHA Memorial Fund. Applications that can provide matching funds will be given favorable consideration.
Applications must be received by 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, October 12, 2012.
