This message has been cross posted to the following Discussion Forums: Center for Integrated Practice and Technology in Architectural Practice . ------------------------------------------- In addition to the already diverse agenda we have scheduled for the Connect with Technology Workshop (Program Code WE202), two new topics and speakers have been added to the workshop: Social Media and Digital Documents. We've seen that many architects have been left wondering what the value of Social Media is to them and their firm. Brian Skripac from DesignGroup in Columbus, Ohio will discuss how architects are leveraging tools like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other Social Media outlets to not only network and increase their visibility but reinforce their firm branding by highlighting their expertise and thought leadership. We're also excited to announce that Jim Bedrick from Webcor in San Francisco (who currently serves on the AIA Documents Committee) will discuss the AIA's digital practice documents. Jim is very knowledgeable about how these documents have evolved and are actively incorporating BIM and other digitally-based services.
