Sept 7th-9th The CRAN Steering Committee is working hard on our upcoming CRAN Symposium. Here is what we have tentatively worked out so far: 1. The symposium will be hosted in Historic Newport RI at the Goat Island Hyatt Regency Newport 2. Friday House Tour. Our tour will start with an introduction by John Tdchirch (Director of Museum Affairs of the Newport Preservation Society). We will visit : The Breakers, The Marble House, The Isaac Bell House , the Bellevue House House, a private house and gardens of Mr. Ronald Lee Flemming, and finally a house of a different kind, the national historic and newly restored Touro Synagogue . 3. We are planning a CRAN Cocktail party at International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum, originally the Newport Casino designed by McKim Mead, & White. This shingle style building is in mint condition, it be will an experience to remember! I will continue to update you on more details as they become clear! David Andreozzi
