AIA Partners with 1 Million Women Mentors

To support our ongoing commitment to women in the profession, we are pleased to be a founding partner with the 1 Million Women Mentors initiative that recently launched as an initiative of STEMconnector® to support the engagement of one million women (and men) to serve as STEM mentors by 2018. The vision is to serve at least one million girls and young women throughout the high school to work age continuum to increase the interest and confidence to persist and succeed in STEM programs and careers. If you haven’t already, you can "pledge-to-mentor" HERE at www.millionwomenmentors.org. AIA Office of Diversity Excellence Encourages local support networks through WIA Committees.
